Getting started with WayPoint Trash Services LLC is simple. Our goal is to make trash day one less thing you have to worry about.

Step 1: Choose Your Subscription

Select the service plan that best fits your household's needs. Whether you need weekly service or a customized schedule, we offer convenient subscription options designed to keep your trash routine hassle-free.

Step 2: Get Added to a Route

Once you sign up, we'll add your home to one of our established service routes based on your trash collection schedule. You'll receive confirmation that your service is active, and we'll take care of the rest.

Step 3: We Handle Trash Day

The evening before your scheduled trash collection, one of our professionally trained WayPoint operators will arrive at your home and move your trash bin(s) from their designated storage location to the curb, ensuring they are ready for pickup by your waste collection provider.

​

If you store your bins inside your garage, we've got you covered. With your permission, we can securely access your garage using a keypad code that you provide. Your access code is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for the purpose of providing your scheduled service.

​

Step 4: We Return Your Bins
​

After your trash has been collected, our operator will return the empty bin(s) to their designated storage location, whether that's beside your home, behind a fence, or back inside your garage if you've authorized garage access.

​

No more rushing home from work, asking a neighbor for help, or forgetting to put the bins away. We take care of the entire process so your home stays neat, your HOA requirements are met, and your bins aren't left sitting at the curb.
